If I delete a user from a workspace, what happens to their tasks?
Upon the deletion of a user from a workspace, any tasks they are associated with will have their assignments removed as well.
Can I delete files in bulk?
Yes you can, you are able to select and delete multiple files simultaneously, moving them to the trash.
What languages are supported on Acedboard?
Acedboard exclusively supports the English language
What happens when I leave a project I created?
If the project owner decides to leave, all data will be deleted and temporarily stored in the trash for a duration of 30 days. Subsequently, it will be permanently removed from the system.
When do I use a folder/subfolder?
You make use of folders or subfolders when managing projects with multiple subdivisions or work categories. This allows for easy organization and structure of your workflow
Can I copy a project to another Workspace?
No, Each workspace is treated as a distinct and independent entity on Acedboard.
Can I convert a task to a subtask and vice-versa
No, task conversion to subtask and vice versa is not supported. Users are required to create each task and subtask within their respective categories, nesting them appropriately for organizational purposes
Can I receive notifications via sms?
Currently, SMS notifications are not supported on this platform. However, we plan to implement this feature in the future, and once available, a formal announcement will be published within the resources category of the website.
Can I integrate third-party tools for additional notifications?
Yes you can get notifications for available apps that we integrate with, check integrations under resources for details.
Is there a Desktop/Mac App?
NO. At present, there is no desktop or Mac application available for Acedboard. Acedboard is exclusively accessible as a web application through any browser. Once available in the near future, a formal announcement will be published within the resources category of the website.
