Currently, our platform facilitates secure payment processing exclusively through Credit Card transactions.
Can I only make payments online?
Currently, online payments are the sole accepted method of transaction on our platform. Should alternative payment methods be adopted in the future, we will formally announce this through a publication
Can I downgrade my plan and get a refund?
You have the flexibility to downgrade your plan at any time, and the new plan charge will be applied starting the next billing cycle. It's important to note that refunds for plan downgrades are not applicable.
What to do if my account gets suspended?
In the event of an account suspension, please verify your subscription status to determine if you have an active subscription, or alternatively, contact our Help Center for further assistance.
Are there discounts for non-profits or educational institutions?
No discounts available at this time.
Do I get discounts for long subscriptions?
